Account Manager Position driving sales of NOKIA's portfolio into Vertical Market accounts (Government, Utilities, O&G ; and Transportation) and its Partners ecosystem NOKIA is investing in product development, go to market and sales to penetrate mentioned segments. Solutions include Broadband Access, IP Routing, Optics, Packet Microwave, Private LTE, WIFI and IMS. Individual must have a strong passion for developing long term customer partnerships while meeting short term targets in a highly competitive marketplace. Individual must: - Understand, anticipate, and articulate customer needs. - Work with various business units and partners, developing and closing creative solutions to meet those needs. - Apply economic analysis and financial concepts when managing a sales opportunity. - Develop/maintain excellent on-going internal and external partnerships in order to communicate and drive customer requirements into the business unit product plans. - Manage relationships with customers at all levels - enable parallel top/down sales through executive relationships and bottoms/up sales through teams. - Be capable of developing senior level customer executive relationships but comfortable working with all levels. - Excel in a complex selling environment driving consistent strategy across multiple customer sets. - Contribute in a high-performance work environment to enable all team members to perform at the highest level. Individual will report to Sales Leader for TEPS in LAT Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Education: University degree in Electronics, computer engineering or equivalent, or ICT - More than ten years' experience - Proven experience selling telecommunication solutions to non-Telco customers. Especially valuable proven sales track record in named accounts. - Proven track record of sales success working through channels and partners in the market. Especially valuable sales relationships with local VARs and global industrial partners. - Proven track record of break through sales - Contributes to the development of innovative solutions and ideas to drive incremental revenue. - Solid technology understanding and learning capabilities combined with strong analytics mind. - Strong strategic thinking is required to leverage technical, marketing, end-user, and industry information to enable both NOKIA 039;s and customers' success. - Strong Negotiation, Communication and Presentation skills - Strong business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success. - Capable of independent working, business/project start-up mentality - Willingness to travel, short trips - Flexible hours to allow communication between different international teams. - High level of English, oral and written is a must.
